As the Program Lead for Computer Engineering, you will be responsible for the overall strategic and operational success of the program. This includes spearheading curriculum development to keep pace with global tech trends, supervising and mentoring a team of dedicated faculty members, and ensuring that our students are equipped with the skills and knowledge to thrive in the competitive fields of embedded systems, networking, and software development.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the BS Computer Engineering program, including academic planning and faculty supervision.
- Develop and update the curriculum to align with industry standards and CHED requirements.
- Mentor and evaluate faculty members to enhance their teaching effectiveness and professional growth.
- Teach core and specialized CPE courses (e.g., Digital Logic, Embedded Systems, Microprocessors, Object-Oriented Programming).
- Oversee student advising, academic tracking, and outcomes assessment.
- Coordinate accreditation processes (e.g., PAASCU, PACUCOA) and prepare compliance reports.
- Initiate and lead research projects, industry partnerships, and community extension programs.
- Manage the CPE laboratory facilities, equipment procurement, and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree (MS/MEng) in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field. A Doctorate degree (PhD/DEng) is highly advantageous.
- At least 2-3 years of teaching experience in a recognized tertiary institution.
- Relevant industry experience in computer engineering, embedded systems, or network design.
- Licensed Electronics Engineer (ECE) or Certified Electronics Technician (ECT) by the PRC.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in academic program management.
- Strong research background with a track record of publications or ongoing projects.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
