- Validate and enrich deal data in Salesforce to ensure revenue accuracy and audit readiness
- Classify sales opportunities according to complexity, risk, and strategic value
- Develop and maintain standardized CPQ configurations and pricing rules
- Provide analytical support to sales teams on deal structure, margin analysis, and approval workflows
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with pricing policies and revenue recognition
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions
- Generate monthly reports on deal desk metrics and sales pipeline health
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, or revenue operations
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and opportunity management
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data validation and quality assurance
- Experience with pricing strategies, discounting frameworks, and margin analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proven ability to manage complex deal structures and escalations
- Certification in Salesforce Sales Cloud or CPQ preferred
