Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee Formula and Regulatory projects for the CPS Asia region, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Perform comprehensive reviews of regulatory requirements pertaining to Quality, Food Safety, and Halal certification.
- Collaborate with R&D and supply chain teams to validate new product formulations and ingredient compliance.
- Liaise with local and international regulatory bodies to ensure timely approval and product registration.
- Monitor evolving regulatory landscapes and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain robust documentation systems to track compliance status for all product lines.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential regulatory hurdles during the product development lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a regulatory affairs or quality assurance role, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO, FDA, SFA requirements).
- Proven experience with Halal certification processes and requirements in the Asian market.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in regulatory software and documentation management systems.
