Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test patterns for CPU verification
- Collaborate with design engineers to understand CPU architecture and testing requirements
- Analyze test results and identify potential design issues or performance bottlenecks
- Optimize test patterns for maximum coverage and efficiency
- Document test methodologies, procedures, and results
- Work with verification teams to ensure test coverage meets quality standards
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in CPU testing methodologies
- Support debugging efforts and provide technical expertise for complex test scenarios
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 1 year of IC design/verification experience
- OR Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 3 years of IC design/verification experience
- Strong understanding of CPU architecture, microprocessors, and digital design principles
- Experience with test pattern generation tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with verification languages such as SystemVerilog, VHDL, or UVM
- Knowledge of industry standards for IC testing and verification
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
