Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on cranes and lifting equipment to ensure optimal operational safety.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults in lifting machinery and repair them promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to local safety regulations, including LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations) standards.
- Document all maintenance activities, repair logs, and inspection reports accurately in technical files.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to schedule maintenance during non-production hours.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend necessary upgrades or modifications to improve efficiency.
- Conduct safety briefings and ensure all team members adhere to proper lifting protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience working as a Technician for cranes, hoists, or heavy lifting equipment.
- Familiarity with reading technical blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
- Valid technical certification in crane operation or heavy machinery maintenance is highly preferred.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions on-site.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is an advantage for communicating with diverse teams.
