Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and scheduled inspections of crane components, including hoists, cables, brakes, and control systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Execute preventative maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of crane assets and minimize operational disruptions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults using precision tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Repair or replace defective parts, including gears, motors, and hydraulic cylinders, ensuring all replacements meet OEM specifications.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to strict safety protocols and local industry standards.
- Document all maintenance logs, repair reports, and inventory usage accurately for company records.
- Collaborate with site supervisors to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize impact on daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Certification or Diploma in Heavy Equipment Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related trade qualification.
- Proven working experience as a Crane Mechanic (Mobile, Overhead, or Tower Cranes).
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical assemblies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and manufacturer manuals.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various environmental conditions, including heights and outdoor settings.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (OSHA/MSDOSH) and lockout/tagout procedures.
