Tanggung Jawab
- Operate various types of cranes safely and efficiently according to project specifications.
- Perform critical rigging operations, including selecting appropriate slings, chains, and hitches for complex loads.
- Conduct thorough daily pre-operational inspections of crane equipment and rigging gear.
- Maintain clear, effective communication with signal persons and ground crews during lift operations.
- Strictly adhere to all OSHA and international safety regulations regarding heavy machinery.
- Accurately document daily operation logs and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure the timely and safe transport of materials across the site.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Crane Operator certification/license recognized in the Philippines.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in crane operation and rigging.
- Proven knowledge of heavy equipment safety standards and load chart interpretation.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals, schematics, and lift plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under high-pressure environments.
- Physical capability to perform tasks in various weather conditions and environments.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration.
