Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Creative Art Director, Art Lead, or in a similar creative management role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, layout design, color theory, and brand identity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
