Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for natural beauty and digital marketing? Elemie Naturals Inc. is looking for a dynamic Creative Associate to join our team in San Juan City. In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand identity and our audience, crafting compelling visual narratives that drive engagement and conversions.
You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into high-impact advertisements and lifestyle content. We are looking for someone who understands current social media trends, knows how to edit fast-paced content, and has a sharp eye for design aesthetics. Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and produce short-form video content for social media platforms (Reels, TikTok, etc.).
- Edit raw footage into high-converting advertisements that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaigns and promotional visuals.
- Manage the end-to-end production process, from storyboarding and shooting to final post-production.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to iterate and improve video creative strategy.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital assets.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging creative trends and tools in the beauty and wellness industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects) and graphic design (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media content creation or video advertising projects.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and audience behavior.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate marketing briefs into visual concepts.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
