- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual content for various marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and company initiatives.
- Develop creative briefs into compelling design solutions that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure design consistency and effectiveness across all channels.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial concept to final execution, ensuring timely delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design quality and efficiency.
- Conduct research on competitor designs and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Prepare design files for production, ensuring all assets meet technical specifications for print and digital use.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of visual brand identity and design standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Creative Design Executive, Graphic Designer, or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma).
- Solid understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with web design principles and UX/UI concepts is a plus.
