Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the design team, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities
- Develop innovative visual designs for campaigns, events, and promotions across digital and print media
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials and touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate business objectives into creative solutions
- Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Stay current with design trends, technologies, and industry best practices
- Establish and maintain design guidelines, templates, and resources for the organization
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design
- Excellent understanding of branding principles and visual communication
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a creative team
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
