Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 5+ years of design experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development and campaign execution
- Proven ability to manage design projects from concept to delivery
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
