Deca Building is seeking a talented Creative Designer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be the creative heartbeat of our projects, transforming complex design briefs into visually stunning concepts that resonate across both digital and print media.
You will work closely with our marketing and project management teams to develop high-impact layouts, compelling moodboards, and cohesive visual strategies that align with our brand identity. We are looking for an individual who isn't just proficient in design software, but someone who understands brand storytelling and can maintain aesthetic excellence under tight deadlines.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop innovative visual concepts and design layouts for digital campaigns, social media, and print materials.
- Create moodboards and style guides that ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into effective design solutions.
- Prepare final print-ready files and optimize assets for web and digital platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and industry standards to maintain competitive visual quality.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict production timelines.
- Assist in the production of presentation decks for stakeholders and client proposals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, layout design, and digital content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and grid systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Experience in the architecture or construction industry is highly preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
