Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and produce high-quality creative assets for both digital and print platforms, including web banners, social media graphics, and email newsletters.
- Conceptualize and design aesthetically pleasing packaging and collateral for premium gift products.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align visual elements with brand campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring high standards of design quality.
- Assist in the photography and styling of gift arrangements to support e-commerce and catalog listings.
- Keep up-to-date with current design trends, software, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional design experience, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a must.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative versatility and a keen eye for typography, layout, and color.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
