Tanggung Jawab
- Create compelling visual designs for digital campaigns, social media, product packaging, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop concepts that align with brand identity and business goals
- Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various platforms and mediums
- Stay updated on current design trends, techniques, and industry best practices
- Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all touchpoints
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in a creative design role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry
- Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative abilities and design versatility
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition
- Ability to translate brand concepts into compelling visual designs
- Strong communication skills and ability to present design ideas effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
