Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for our premium coffee brand.
- Design high-quality digital and print assets, including packaging, menus, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm innovative campaigns that boost brand visibility.
- Create engaging social media content that drives community interaction and brand loyalty.
- Manage the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to final production.
- Ensure all visual communication aligns with our brand guidelines and core values.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and coffee industry aesthetics to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Designer, or similar role (Portfolio required).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate conceptual ideas into striking visual narratives.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- A passion for the coffee industry and an appreciation for premium branding.
- Experience in motion graphics or photography is a significant plus.
