In this role, you will be the guardian of the FWD brand, translating complex insurance concepts into compelling visual stories. You will work across a diverse range of mediaāfrom static 2D assets to high-impact motion graphics and video contentāensuring every piece of communication reflects our commitment to innovation and customer-centricity. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop high-quality 2D graphic design assets for digital, social, and print platforms.
- Create engaging motion graphics and short-form video content to enhance campaign performance.
- Ensure all creative outputs strictly adhere to FWD brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to conceptualize and execute visual campaigns.
- Support the production of internal and external corporate communications materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within project constraints.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and digital tools to continuously improve creative quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in creative design, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics and integrated digital campaigns.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
