Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute high-quality graphic design assets for various digital platforms and marketing materials.
- Plan, film, and edit engaging video content for social media, promotional campaigns, and internal projects.
- Manage the end-to-end creative process from concept and storyboard to final delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual elements with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and digital marketing tools.
- Maintain a well-organized library of raw footage, design files, and final assets.
- Ensure all visual outputs are consistent, high-impact, and delivered within tight project deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Videographer, or a similar creative role with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Solid understanding of video production techniques including lighting, audio recording, and camera operation.
- Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to maintain brand consistency across various formats.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for creative storytelling and problem-solving.
- Relevant degree in Design, Film, Multimedia, or equivalent practical experience.
