Are you a creative visionary with a passion for early childhood development? Twoconnect is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Creative Marketing Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the visual storyteller behind our early learning and childcare initiatives, crafting engaging assets that resonate with parents, educators, and the community.
We are seeking a designer who thrives in a work-from-home (WFH) environment and is comfortable with a dayshift schedule. You will be responsible for translating complex educational concepts into visually appealing designs that reflect our mission of nurturing young minds. Tanggung Jawab
- Design high-quality digital and print marketing collateral including social media graphics, brochures, and email newsletters.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all early learning educational materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaigns for childcare programs and events.
- Create engaging video content and animations for promotional use across digital platforms.
- Optimize visual assets for web performance and user engagement.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a remote setup.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and collaborative brainstorming sessions to align on creative strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing design, ideally within the education, childcare, or services sector.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout, typography, and color theory.
- Experience in creating responsive designs for social media platforms and email marketing tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive attitude.
- Understanding of early learning principles is a significant advantage.
