Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and produce high-quality visual content for social media, digital advertising, and internal marketing materials.
- Create captivating motion graphics and short-form video content to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into effective visual concepts.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels and design assets.
- Proactively research and stay updated on the latest design trends, digital tools, and social media algorithmic changes.
- Manage end-to-end design projects from brainstorming and storyboarding to final production and optimization.
- Assist in the creation of promotional material for events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in graphic design and motion graphics (portfolio required).
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of social media content formats (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Excellent creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and color theory.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and high design standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
