Evian Real Estates Services is looking for a visionary Creative Multimedia Producer to join our team on a contract/project-based basis. Based in the dynamic business hub of Makati City, you will work closely with our marketing department to produce high-quality multimedia content that brings our properties to life.
As a Creative Multimedia Producer, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and delivering video and photographic content for various platforms. Your work will be crucial in enhancing our brand presence and engaging potential buyers and investors. We are looking for someone who can translate ideas into visually compelling stories that resonate with our audience.
Key aspects of the role include creating virtual tours, property walkthroughs, promotional videos, and social media assets. You will also manage the post-production process, ensuring all content meets our brand standards and deadlines. Additionally, you will contribute to the creative direction of campaigns and maintain an up-to-date understanding of multimedia trends and technologies.

- Plan and produce multimedia content including videos, photos, and graphics for property listings and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards.
- Edit and enhance raw footage and images to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Manage digital assets and maintain an organized library of media files.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new multimedia tools.
- Assist in managing social media content and schedules.
- Meet project deadlines and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Multimedia Producer, Video Editor, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your multimedia projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of photography and videography techniques and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative flair.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Degree in Multimedia Arts, Design, or related field is a plus.
