You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure every touchpoint—from social media feeds to in-store retail displays—is cohesive, trend-setting, and perfectly aligned with the Chu Chü Beauty aesthetic.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute high-quality visual content for multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email newsletters, and website assets.
- Design engaging retail collateral, including point-of-sale materials, product packaging, and in-store signage.
- Translate brand strategy into bold, trend-conscious creative concepts that drive audience engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints.
- Manage end-to-end creative projects from initial mood boarding to final asset delivery.
- Stay ahead of global beauty and design trends to ensure Chu Chü Beauty remains a market leader in aesthetic innovation.
- Coordinate with vendors for print production and retail installations to ensure output meets our quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a creative role, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with video editing software (Premiere Pro/After Effects).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating bold, versatile design work and an eye for modern typography.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative direction to non-creative stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for the beauty industry and digital storytelling.
