Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the creative team with daily design tasks, including preparing visual assets and marketing materials.
- Organize and maintain digital design files, project folders, and assets to ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct market research and gather inspiration to support the ideation process for new campaigns.
- Create social media graphics, banners, and other visual content that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure design consistency across all channels.
- Attend creative brainstorming sessions and team meetings to contribute fresh ideas.
- Review and proofread design drafts to ensure accuracy and high-quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and creative work.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of design principles and color theory.
