Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute high-quality visual concepts for diverse branding and promotional campaigns.
- Design engaging and platform-specific content for social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and implement innovative design solutions.
- Ensure all visual deliverables align with the established brand identity and guidelines of ZAP Group.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Optimize visual assets for various digital formats and platforms to ensure maximum engagement.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Artist, or similar creative role, ideally with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design choices and concepts.
- Experience in creating motion graphics or video content is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative creative team.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative versatility and a high standard of aesthetic execution.
