In this role, you will be at the heart of our Creator department, working alongside industry experts to bridge the gap between creative content and commerce.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the TikTok Shop creator ecosystem.
- Analyze creator performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline creator operations and campaign management.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of digital commerce trends and competitor activities.
- Support the team in drafting reports, presentations, and project updates for senior leadership.
- Monitor creator engagement metrics to provide actionable insights for platform improvements.
- Assist in the coordination of special projects and cross-departmental creator-led campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (BS) or Master's (MS) degree program in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Passion for TikTok, social commerce, and the creator industry.
- Proactive learner with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
