Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to creator inquiries via email, chat, and phone with timely and accurate solutions
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance for gaming and UGC platform-related issues
  • Collect and analyze creator feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex creator concerns and escalations
  • Document creator interactions and maintain detailed records in the support system
  • Assist creators with account management, verification, and platform navigation
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and policies

Kualifikasi

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal) is mandatory
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in gaming or tech industry
  • Strong understanding of gaming ecosystems, UGC platforms, and creator economy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with support tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required
