Maybank is currently seeking a diligent Credit Admin Staff to join our team in Aceh on a daily contract basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our credit operations, ensuring that documentation is accurate, compliant, and processed efficiently to provide seamless service to our valued customers.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and verify credit-related documentation to ensure full compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of credit files and update digital databases in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth credit processing and approval workflows.
  • Perform daily administrative support tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
  • Prepare periodic reports on credit administration activities for management review.
  • Assist in managing customer inquiries regarding credit documentation and processing status.
  • Ensure all credit files are audited and ready for internal or external compliance inspections.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any field of study.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in banking or administration is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of paperwork with precision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Aceh.
