Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for risk management and data analysis? Mitra Sukses Plasindo is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Credit Analyst to join our growing finance team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial health of our organization by evaluating the creditworthiness of potential and existing clients.
As a Credit Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in accounting and financial reporting to provide actionable insights that drive sound lending decisions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to manage risk, ensure compliance with company policies, and support our overall business objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough credit investigations to assess the financial stability and creditworthiness of prospective clients.
- Analyze complex financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports to identify potential risks.
- Review bank statements and historical transaction data to verify income and spending patterns.
- Prepare comprehensive credit recommendation reports for management review and approval.
- Monitor existing client portfolios to ensure continued adherence to credit terms and identify early warning signs of delinquency.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance departments to resolve credit-related issues and optimize approval processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all credit files in accordance with company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in credit analysis, auditing, or financial reporting.
- Strong proficiency in interpreting financial statements and tax documentation.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling).
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, professional judgment, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
