Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough credit analysis of commercial and retail loan applications
- Assess borrower creditworthiness through financial statement evaluation and cash flow analysis
- Prepare detailed credit memorandums highlighting risk factors and mitigation strategies
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for compliance with covenants and early warning signs
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure credit solutions aligned with client needs
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure adherence to BSP guidelines
- Participate in credit committee meetings to present credit recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business-related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of credit analysis experience in banking or financial services
- Certified Credit Professional (CCP) designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and ratio analysis
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and risk management frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
