Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessment on prospective loan applications.
- Analyze financial statements, credit bureau data, and other relevant documents to determine creditworthiness.
- Prepare comprehensive credit memos and recommendations for the credit committee.
- Monitor the performance of the existing loan portfolio to identify potential risks.
- Maintain compliance with company credit policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to streamline the application process.
- Stay updated with the latest market trends and financial regulations in Indonesia.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Credit Analyst or in a similar financial role.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, risk management, and lending principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bungo, Jambi.
