- Conduct thorough verification of consumer documentation to ensure authenticity and accuracy.
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis on credit applications to determine repayment capacity.
- Prepare detailed credit memos and provide evidence-based recommendations regarding credit approval or rejection.
- Monitor and track portfolio performance to identify potential credit risks early.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to streamline the credit application process.
- Ensure full compliance with internal risk policies and external financial regulations.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with applicants and internal stakeholders regarding application status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit analysis, consumer financing, or banking operations.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, credit scoring models, and risk assessment techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Deep understanding of the local market trends in Sumatera Selatan is a plus.
