Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth credit analysis of loan applications to assess financial viability and risk factors
- Prepare detailed credit reports with clear recommendations for approval/rejection decisions
- Monitor existing customer credit portfolios and identify early warning signs of potential defaults
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal credit policies throughout all processes
- Collaborate with sales teams to gather necessary financial documentation and customer information
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to streamline credit workflows
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit risk management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit analysis, banking, or financial services
- Proficiency in financial statement analysis and ratio interpretation
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and credit risk frameworks
- Advanced skills in Excel and financial software applications
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to identify discrepancies in financial data
- Effective communication skills for presenting complex financial information clearly
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
