Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial data and documentation for lease application proposals to determine creditworthiness.
- Conduct thorough verification of customer data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Apply the '5 C's of Credit' (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Conditions) in all analytical reports.
- Monitor and evaluate market trends and economic conditions that may impact customer credit performance.
- Prepare comprehensive credit analysis reports and provide clear, actionable recommendations to the credit committee.
- Maintain a high level of vigilance against potential fraudulent activity during the application process.
- Ensure that all credit workflows align with the company's risk appetite and service level agreements (SLAs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Credit Analyst, preferably within the automotive financing or banking sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of financial statement analysis and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and financial software tools.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and sound professional judgment.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and credit compliance standards.
