Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough credit analysis and risk assessment on potential borrowers to determine creditworthiness.
- Verify financial documentation, including bank statements, tax records, and proof of income.
- Monitor and manage the quality of the loan portfolio by identifying early warning signs of credit deterioration.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to provide insights on credit application trends.
- Prepare comprehensive credit recommendation reports for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory financial standards.
- Maintain an organized database of credit files and documentation for audit readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in credit analysis, underwriting, or related financial services roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in financial statement analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data processing.
- High integrity, proactive work attitude, and strong team-player mentality.
