- Review and evaluate credit applications for compliance with company policies
- Monitor accounts receivable and initiate collection activities for overdue payments
- Prepare aging reports and financial statements for management review
- Coordinate with clients to resolve payment disputes and negotiate payment plans
- Process incoming payments and update financial records accurately
- Collaborate with sales and legal teams on credit-related issues
- Implement process improvements to enhance collection efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in credit management or accounts receivable
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
