- Develop and enforce credit policies and collection procedures to minimize bad debts
- Lead and mentor the credit and collections team to achieve KPIs and performance targets
- Analyze customer creditworthiness through financial statement review and risk assessment
- Manage overdue accounts through strategic negotiation and payment plan implementation
- Generate regular reports on aging reports, collection effectiveness, and credit risk exposure
- Collaborate with sales teams to establish credit terms for new and existing customers
- Implement process improvements to enhance collection efficiency and reduce DSO
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of credit and collections management experience in B2B environments
- Proven track record of reducing DSO and improving cash flow metrics
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and credit compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial statements and credit reports
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Leadership experience with team management and development
