- Conduct thorough creditworthiness assessments of applicants and existing clients
- Review and approve credit applications with detailed financial analysis
- Develop and implement collection strategies for overdue accounts

- Communicate with clients regarding payment issues and credit terms

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in credit and collections
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis and risk assessment methodologies
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Familiarity with repossession laws and regulations
