Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive Credit and Political Risk insurance business strategies to drive top-line revenue and market share.
- Assess and evaluate the creditworthiness and political stability of potential clients and counterparties.
- Review and approve complex underwriting cases, ensuring strict alignment with company risk appetite and profitability targets.
- Manage and maintain the existing risk portfolio, actively monitoring exposure levels and recommending timely remedial actions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
- Stay abreast of global economic trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the political landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative insurance solutions tailored to specific client needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in credit risk, political risk, or general insurance underwriting.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial statement analysis, and macro-economic factors influencing global markets.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a profitable underwriting portfolio with minimal loss ratios.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Professional insurance certification (e.g., CII, ACII) is a distinct advantage.
