Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell credit card and loan products to potential clients in the Central Region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and customer trends.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Provide exceptional customer service and financial advice to resolve inquiries.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and update the internal CRM database regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Banking, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, particularly in the financial services or banking industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with financial products and regulatory compliance standards.
