Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Receivable (AR) including invoicing, posting, and reconciling.
- Analyze credit risk and aging reports to identify delinquent accounts.
- Execute collections strategies via phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer disputes and maintain positive relationships.
- Prepare and present monthly collections reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory standards.
- Update customer records and maintain an organized database of transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in credit control or collections.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and cash flow management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Ability to negotiate effectively and handle difficult customer situations.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
