Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze customer credit applications and financial statements to determine credit limits and risk exposure
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and initiate collection actions for overdue payments
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies while adhering to company policies and regulations
- Prepare regular reports on credit status, collection performance, and bad debt provisions
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve payment disputes and maintain customer relationships
- Stay updated on industry credit trends and regulatory changes affecting collections practices
- Assist in process improvements to enhance credit approval efficiency and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit analysis, collections, or accounts receivable management
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to resolve payment disputes professionally
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data
- Knowledge of credit policies, collections best practices, and relevant regulations
- Exceptional communication skills for effective client interactions and internal reporting
