Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable portfolio and monitor credit limits for assigned clients
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies through detailed account analysis
- Prepare and issue invoices, statements, and collection communications
- Develop and execute collection strategies for overdue accounts
- Generate regular aging reports and financial performance metrics
- Collaborate with sales teams to address customer payment issues
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of credit control or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial details
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Knowledge of credit management principles and practices
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
