As our Credit Investigator, you will play a vital role in the loan approval process. Your key duties include verifying the accuracy of borrower documents, conducting comprehensive interviews, and performing field checks to ensure all information is truthful and complete. You will be responsible for preparing detailed Credit Assessment Memorandums (CAMs) that provide critical insights for our credit analysts. Your thoroughness and attention to detail will help us maintain a high standard of risk management.
We are seeking a candidate with at least a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with prior experience in credit investigation or loan processing. You should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the proficiency to use standard office software. The ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously is essential. Field work is required, so candidates must be willing to travel within the Capas area.

- Verify and authenticate borrower documents, including identification, income statements, and collateral papers.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with applicants to assess their financial standing and repayment capacity.
- Perform field checks and site visits to validate information provided by borrowers.
- Prepare detailed Credit Assessment Memorandums (CAMs) for review by credit analysts.
- Evaluate credit risk by analyzing financial data and background checks.
- Maintain organized records of all investigations and submit timely reports.
- Coordinate with loan officers and other team members to ensure accurate and efficient loan processing.
- Stay updated on lending policies and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in credit investigation, loan processing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of credit evaluation procedures and lending principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Willingness to conduct field work and travel within Capas, Tarlac.
