- Conduct thorough credit investigations by analyzing financial statements, bank records, and other relevant documents
- Verify applicant information through various sources including credit bureaus, employers, and references
- Assess creditworthiness by evaluating income stability, debt-to-income ratio, and payment history
- Prepare detailed credit reports with clear recommendations for loan approval or rejection
- Identify potential risks and red flags in credit applications
- Collaborate with loan officers and other team members to ensure accurate credit assessments
- Stay updated on industry regulations, credit trends, and best practices in credit investigation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in credit investigation, risk assessment, or financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of credit analysis methodologies and financial statement interpretation
- Familiarity with credit reporting agencies and their services
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with applicants and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and credit analysis software
- Strong ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality
