We are looking for a dedicated Field Credit Investigator to join our team in the Central Visayas region. In this role, you will play a critical part in our risk management process by conducting thorough on-the-ground investigations to verify credit applications and ensure the accuracy of financial information provided by prospective clients.
As a Field Credit Investigator, you will be the eyes and ears of our organization on the ground. You will visit residences and places of business to validate documentation, assess character references, and provide comprehensive reports that assist our decision-makers in maintaining a healthy loan portfolio. This is an ideal position for candidates who enjoy autonomy, possess strong investigative instincts, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct site visits to residential and business addresses to verify the authenticity of applicant information.
- Interview applicants, neighbors, and character references to assess creditworthiness and lifestyle stability.
- Prepare accurate, objective, and timely field investigation reports for review by credit analysts.
- Perform verification of employment, income sources, and business operations through physical inspection and document cross-referencing.
- Identify potential red flags or fraudulent activities and escalate findings to the management team immediately.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients to uphold the company’s reputation.
- Ensure strict compliance with data privacy regulations and internal company policies during investigation processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Criminology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in credit investigation, field collection, or background verification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Central Visayas region and its local geography.
- Exceptional observational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in report writing and basic computer operations (MS Office).
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region and possess a valid motorcycle license.
