Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for credit-related concerns, bridging communication between clients and internal departments.
  • Review and verify credit applications, supporting documents, and financial records for accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain organized records of credit interactions, follow-ups, and resolution status in our CRM system.
  • Monitor credit account statuses and proactively communicate with stakeholders to address pending items or discrepancies.
  • Prepare detailed reports on credit processing timelines and department performance metrics.
  • Assist in the implementation of credit policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Provide timely feedback to clients regarding the status of their credit applications or inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline credit approval workflows.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in credit assessment, collections, or customer account management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and database management software.
  • High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Prior experience in a BPO or shared services environment is highly preferred.
