Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with local dealers and vehicle showrooms to increase loan applications.
- Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and field surveys to assess the financial viability and repayment capacity of prospective debtors.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for credit products consistently.
- Monitor and manage the credit application process from initial submission to final approval.
- Provide expert financial consultation to potential customers regarding loan products and terms.
- Ensure all credit documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with bank internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform proactive market research to stay updated on local economic trends and competitor offerings in the Manado region.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or credit analysis within the banking or multi-finance industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, especially regarding document verification and financial analysis.
- Willing to work mobile and conduct field visits within the Manado area.
- Proficient in using MS Office suite (Excel, Word).
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
- Strong orientation toward achieving sales targets and maintaining service excellence.
