Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively market and promote four-wheeled vehicle financing products and refinancing solutions to potential clients
- Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels including direct marketing and referrals
- Conduct product presentations and explain financing options to prospective clients
- Assist customers in completing loan applications and ensure all required documentation is properly submitted
- Collaborate with credit assessment teams to evaluate loan applications and ensure compliance with lending policies
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively position our offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Good understanding of financial products and lending processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
