Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new customers for automotive financing and refinancing products.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations with prospective debtors to explain loan terms and benefits.
- Perform thorough field surveys and credit analysis to ensure the quality of loan applications.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients and dealership partners.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.
- Prepare accurate credit proposals and documentation for management approval.
- Monitor and manage the repayment process for assigned accounts to minimize risk.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or the financial/banking industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to work in the field and highly mobile.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for reporting purposes.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict sales deadlines.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and have access to a personal vehicle.
