Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new potential debitors for automotive financing and refinancing products.
- Conduct direct field marketing and customer visits to explain financing schemes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Analyze and assess basic creditworthiness of potential applicants to ensure high-quality applications.
- Achieve monthly sales targets as defined by the branch management.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on marketing activities and pipeline status.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the financing application process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in any field (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in automotive finance or banking.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and have access to a personal motorcycle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and target-oriented mindset.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of the local market in Medan and surrounding areas.
